If you have any suggestions, comments, or feedback about our services, please email the surgery at copsewoodmedical@nhs.net or leave your feedback on our Facebook page.

We welcome your feedback and use it to help us improve the services we provide to our patients.

Complaints

We welcome feedback from our patients and take all complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received, please let us know so that we can investigate your concerns and work to improve our services.

How to Make a Complaint

You can make a complaint in any of the following ways:

  • By email: Email copsewoodmedical@nhs.net with details of your complaint.
  • By telephone: Call us on 02476 457497 and ask to speak with the Practice Manager.
  • In person: Speak to the Practice Manager at the surgery.
  • In writing: Drop a letter into the surgery, addressed to the Practice Manager.

Please provide as much information as possible, including what happened, when it happened, and who was involved. This will help us investigate your complaint fully.

We will listen to your concerns, investigate your complaint fairly, and respond as soon as possible.

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact Copsewood Medical Centre and we will be happy to help.

GP patient survey

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across the UK. The results show how people feel about their GP practice
